A plethora of aftermarket LED headlights seem to dominate now. Are there good non-LED headlights avail for the Jeep JK that provide a good improvement over the weak stock lights?
I tried the KC replacements that use the H4 bulb, they were a little better than stock. I found a good deal on some JW Speaker today. Keep an eye out for 2017 led take outs. Jeep wants 4 bills a piece for them, but I have seen them go for $200 for the pair.

I did the Quadratec LEDs for Judy's Jeep https://www.quadratec.com/p/quadratec/gen-II-led-headlights-07-17-jeep-wrangler-jk
So far, for the price we're happy with them. No heaters so there is always the possibility for snow to build up and cause the downfall of civilization that everyone frets about, but hasn't been an issue yet.
The cut off is pretty clean, and you can get adjusted rather easily, even with Jeep's crappy single adjustment screw. Light output is much better than the acetylene lanterns that they put in at the factory.
Are there better options, yep. Are there more expensive options, definitely
