Spent the weekend at the Russell's place in Chumstick this weekend. It was a fun weekend of hanging out, alcohol testing, and some putting around. We went and hit the Sugarloaf lookout for what will likely be the last time of the season. Luckily, this year's fire missed the lookout.

How the day started...don't judge
Some of the burned areas in the Mad River drainage from the Cougar Creek Fire. While there is a lot of fire scaring and damage, it wasn't as devastated as I had feared
and of of course, the obligatory shot of Lake Wenatchee in the distance.
Looks like a great day - especially if you can start it with 87 proof Rye. Hows the fire damage around Ardenvior?
Not sure. We didn't go down that way
