Figure, as long as I have to refresh things on this rig, might as well go overboard. In typical Gen 3 4Runner fashion, the brakes try and shake out your fillings when you apply them. Good excuse to do a TBU (Tundra Brake Upgrade). Might as well go heavy duty while I'm at it and got a Z36 Powerstop caliper/rotor kit. Looks real perty...that is till you realize they packaged the calipers wrong. Got 2 drivers side calipers. So much for doing the conversion this weekend :-(

All ready and waiting, Powerstop didn't even flinch. Sent the correct Right Twix out and a return label for shipping the incorrect extra Left Twix .and of course they sent by wagon train so won't be here till next week...
I did powerstops on my van, good kit...
Got them on and so far so good. I got pads for the rear but haven't tackled them yet, pretty sure it will be a complete rebuild there too. For now with the new fronts, it stops nice and smooth and feels real solid
