Camp Kitchen

I love to cook in camp, but also like to be able to break camp and explore. My camp kitchen was designed to be able to stop, cook, eat and move on down the trail. While I do a lot of my main dishes on the Skottle, I love having a tea kettle and nonstick cookware for some things. Since I travel alone much of the time I'll cook a big meal at night for dinner on the Skottle and reheat leftovers for other meals during the day...

I designed the pantry/stove/counter slide and had it fabricated in Oregon City. There is a utensil drawer under the stove to store all my knives and other kitchen gadgets. The pantry drawer holds a ton of stuff including a JetBoil, spices, cooking oil, canned goods, tea, snack bars, mugs, glasses, lighters and dark chocolate bars (don't leave home without them.)

The Engel refrigerator and kitchen sit on top of my TruckVault and are bolted to it. They can be easily (kind of) removed if needed. The kitchen comes out in the winter months, but I normally travel with the refrigerator all the time....
