Tons of pics - https://imgur.com/a/c2Qbqaf (the first 100 or so are how the truck/boat look currently, the last few action shots were taken the last couple years)

“Absolute F’n LEGEND” – Some guy online

“Bro, your rig is amazing” – Random dude at the gas station

“So sick” – Guy in a Tacoma on the trail

All these people can’t be wrong, and now you have the opportunity to receive praise such as above! Up for sale is my 2001 Suburban 2500, 10’ boat, two motors, trailer and a ton of related camping gear. I am including EVERYTHING you will ever need out there. This is a turn-key sale, meaning all you’ll need is some clothes, groceries, and a sense of adventure and you’ll be ready to set off into the wilderness next weekend.

The truck was built to be 100% off-grid and does not require any hookups to camp. Two people could camp in this for a week easy in the middle of the wilderness without ever having to refill/restock. We’ve used it for a few years now as an adventure base while dispersed camping all over the PNW. You’ve got tons of water, a shower, a fridge, extra batteries, charging solutions, propane stove, etc. It truly is a rolling home. Want a Sprinter, but the $150k price tag is a no-go? Well this thing will get you 100 times deeper into the woods than a puny Sprinter van conversion would. Whether you want an overland rig, a weekend warrior USFS road queen, a post apocalyptic bugout vehicle, hunting / fishing camp, or just a camping base station, this is your ride!

Here’s what you’ll get:

The truck:

2001 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 (ex-gov vehicle, so it was well maintained)

6.0L Vortec w/ 177k miles

4wd including 4lo

Factory 4.10 gears in a full floating rear

All upgraded factory options (see build code pic)

Purple torsion keys in the front (2" front leveling)

Hellwig adjustable helper springs in the rear

Transmission service, rear diff, front diff, transfer case fluids changed within 10k miles (Mobile 1 oil every 3k)

500 miles on Power Stop Extreme Duty front pads and drilled / slotted rotors (front)

500 miles on new serp belts, idler and tensioner

5k miles on full tune-up

New FR window regulator

Less than a year old upgraded 140 amp new BOSCH alternator w/ new charge cable

285/70R17 10-ply, mud + snow rated all-terrain tires with 75% tread remaining on 1 year old Pro-Comp aluminum rims and locking lug nuts

Full sized spare

Seating for 4

Super reliable truck that has never left me stranded, and is surprisingly capable off-road

Has the standard GM “piston slap” on cold-startup for 30 seconds. If you’re unfamiliar, research it but basically GM tried to shorten their pistons to save weight/money and the result is they rattle on cold startup for 30 seconds. It’s done it for as long as I’ve had the truck and goes away after 30 seconds.

Truck camping alterations:

100 Ah house AGM battery (powering all the aftermarket camping gear) w/ manual battery shutoff

Auto switching battery isolator (the alternator charges the regular battery as you drive and once it’s fully charged, the isolator automatically starts charging the house battery. You can also manually switch the isolator so if your regular battery dies, you can jump the truck with the house battery in a pinch)

100 watt solar panel on the roof w/ charge controller which also charges the house battery

42 gallon fresh water tank

12v Sureflo on-demand water pump w/ expansion tank

Crimped PEX plumbing throughout

On-demand propane tankless water heater

Quick disconnect plumbing fitting on side of the truck – You will have HOT showers at FULL PRESSURE. When you have the system on high, it will likely be stronger and warmer than your home shower. It’s an amazing luxury to have after a long day in the woods

23zero shower enclosure (30 seconds to deploy, 1 minute to stow) which provides shower / bathroom privacy

Quick disconnect shower head and quick disconnect flex faucet

Massive roof rack that can hold considerable weight – see pics of boat and picnic table on top

LED light bars everywhere that cover every possible angle – all independently controlled from the dash. Incredibly useful maneuvering trails at night

13,000 lb synthetic winch with wired and wireless remotes

Swing-out tire / propane carrier with trailer jack to hold it in place

11lb propane tank

Large ruck sack garbage bag setup

LED interior lights (VERY BRIGHT) that can be toggled on/off or door controlled

LED strip lights in the rear sleeping area for color-changing ambiance (nice and dim)

California king memory foam mattress (2” high density foam, 2” memory foam) Comfy

58 quart compressor style fridge/freezer. Very quiet, very efficient, very cold.

Very large pull-out drawer in the rear where all the camp gear is stored

Blackout inserts for the rear windows

Multi-speed, direction changing Maxx-air fan. Real quality fan.

400w invert to power 120v stuff like laptops

Massive 10’ x 12’ retractable awning

The boat:

Pelican Predator 103 ($1200 @ Bass Pro)

1991 Johnson 3hp, 2-stroke, 2 cylinder w/ original bill of sale and manual – New carb rebuild and plugs, runs good

46 lb thrust electric trolling motor – works great

900 Amp Exide Nautilus Deep Cycle battery (the biggest that fits in the boat’s battery compartment)

Battery charger – 2/10/50 amp

Garmin Striker 4 depth / fish finder with dual beam transducer

Hand carry trailer to shuttle the boat to the water, or to load the boat onto the roof-rack

Two life jackets, whistle, etc

Anchor, anchor lines, dock lines

Collapsible oar

Trailer:

1720 lb capacity

New decking and side pieces

New LED taillights

New tires

New fenders

Dual ball trailer hitch

Camping gear:

5’ Lifetime folding table

Camp Chef 2 burner, high BTU stove (this thing is awesome)

Full kitchen roll with everything you’ll ever need to cook - spices, utensils, knives, cutting boards, ziploc bags, coffee filters, spatulas, tongs, wood spoons, olive oil, rubber gloves, etc

Multiple frying pans

Pour-over setup and Moka Pot for coffee

Teapot

Collapsible Coleman table (used as a sink table next to the shower)

Collapsible sink that fits over a 5 gallon bucket (bucket included)

Fiskars axe

“Luggable Loo” toilet seat that clips onto 5 gallon bucket

Quite a few “Double Doody” toilet bags that work with the Luggable Loo seat (they're heavy duty, double bags that have a deodorizing powder that turns liquids to gel. They’re a really great product which makes bathroom usage a breeze in the field)

MREs, matches, lights, etc

Random stuff like extra garbage bags, plastic utensils, paper towels, rope, etc

Tent poles & 10’x10’ rain fly for additional awning / rain cover in needed

Offroad gear:

12v compressor

Tire plug kit

Tow straps, shackles, ratchet straps

Steel digging shovel

2 Traction boards

Jack, jack stands, wood blocking

Breaker bar for lugs

Handheld spotlight

Spare fluids

So yeah, you can get all this stuff wrapped up in a nice pretty package. You could start with nothing today and be far off in the wilderness tomorrow, ready for an epic IG photoshoot. I'll even include some GPS coordinates for secret camp spots.

I’ve got clean titles for the truck, trailer and boat; all in my name. I am looking to sell as a complete package because I am leaving the PNW this winter and would like this package to go to someone who will pick up where I left off and continue to get this beast into the woods. I've got a lot more pics so hit me up and let’s talk!
