Alvord to Owyhee West (AOW)

Alvord Desert to West Side of Owyhee River  

Meet at Fields Station in Fields, OR the evening of Sept 9 2022  Camp on the playa Friday night and then exit the East side of the playa via Big Sand Gap. 

Over the next couple of days, visit Willow Hot Springs, Coyote Lake playa, Pillars of Rome, explore the remote West side of Owyhee River canyon, attempt the river crossing at Three Forks Hot Springs, visit G.O.A.T. camp and return home on Wednesday.
