COVID-Safe Annual Winter Solstice Bon Fire
Time & Location
About The Event
Following the Do Good 2020 Road Trip, come join us for a Socially Distant and COVID-safe annual Winter Solstice Bonfire. This is one of our more popular day/overnight (for those wanting to camp) trips in the Winter. We will be going to Ranger Creek Airport for an afternoon of fire, food and drinks to welcome the turn of the season.
Please bring the following:
***PLEASE BRING A MASK AND PRACTICE SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCING***
PLENTY OF FIREWOOD - We will be having multiple, spead out fires if possible so that folks can socialize, distantly.
Food to feed yourself (a group dish if you wish)
Cold and warm drinks
Snow recovery equipment (Tread boards, shovel, chainsaw, snatch strap, etc)
Please bring a zip locked storage bag with non-perishable and hygine items for us to hand out to the homeless this season.
Items should include:
Canned meal (Chef Boyardee)
Hand & foot warmers
Emergen C packets
And a hand written inspirational message to "a person" to encourage them to survive.
That sort of thing.
