Steens Mountains to the Owyhee Canyons

Come wander the plains of South Eastern Oregon with us, from the Steens Mountains to the Owyhee canyons, we are going to try and see it.

We will be meeting up at the Pilot Truck stop in Tumwater, WA.

So far I have a bunch of stuff that we want to check out down there so it may be a fluid, day by day planning thing. We have a couple of camp sites and locations picked out but figured we'd decide every morning where we are headed for the day. I do have a general route planned that involes everything from pavement to back country two track. Not planning on doing any hardcore 4x4 trails. Some areas are very remote and isolated so come prepared.
