Howdy everyone! The name is Bert and I hail from Seattle (Greenlake Area). I grew up in Bothell as a kid and then moved to Montana because my family purchased and auto parts store. I lived there for 20ish years, then spent a few years in Utah where I began my Overlanding adventures with my 98 GMC K1500 - named Artax. I've been back in WA for about 2 years now. Mods: - Custom rear swing away bumper/tailgate with 4 Jerry Can holders w/ matching 5th spare. - H/O Alternator - Custom front bumper with Smittybilt 9500 lb Winch - Custom Box rack w/ over cab storage - Firestone rear airbags w/ on-board compressor - 3/4 Ton rear end - (2) Group 24 RV "house" batteries for ARB Fridge and whatever else (wired off an isolater to separate draw/charging when running)
