New Member in the Willamette Valley
Greetings NWOL, I finally joined NWOL today. My wife and I recently moved back to Oregon last 2018 after six years in NoCal/SoCal for grad school and a couple of years of working in the pharma industry. We are thrilled to be back in the PNW and look forward to camping, overlanding, and meeting the Northwest members of NWOL. We currently live in the Willamette Valley in Mt. Angel, Oregon, an hour South from Portland and 30 minutes NE of Salem.
I have a 2004 Toytoa Tacoma Double Cab 4x4 I have owned since 2006, and upgraded the suspension in 2017.
I have been overloading adventure motorcycles since the early 2000's and have completed 3 trips to Alaska via motorcycle since 2001 and successfully made it to Prudhoe Bay twice. I am a former member of SCOTA (Southern California Overland Trail Association) and look forward to meeting the members of NWOL this 2019. Best Regards, Eric
