Battery replacement or upgrade
I have a 5th gen Toyota 4runner and it is time to replace my battery. I am considering moving to a AGM battery but I heard about issues with charging it properly. I found several people online talking about using a diode to replace the fuse for the alternator which allows more power to reach the battery for charging but that sounds a little sketch to me. Has anyone had to deal with this issue?
