Nice! The FT-3DR is a great handheld. I have one but for some reason, I don't use it all that often. My Ailunce HD1 is my "EDC" radio lately.
Most HF radios will have an SWR meter in them so you'll know if you're lengths are off.
The MPAS 2.0 looks like a great system. I have the Chameleon EMCOMM III Portable that I use quite a bit with great results.
