Cooking and Eating Healthy on the Road

Driving and eating have a negative connotation together - many people think we eat unhealthily or survive off simple food.

I have to give a shout out to FBC (Freezer Bag Cooking). Think home made Mountain House. It's more of a backpacking thing, and is a great supplement for fresh sides when overlanding. Sasquatch potatoes is a family favorite; especially if you add a bit of velveeta.
