Winthrop Thunder 2018
We made our annual trek over the North Cascades Highway to explore one of our favorite areas - the Okanogan/Wenatchee National Forest between Winthrop and Loomis. This year did not disappoint! We had snow most of the day Saturday, with howler blow most of the night. Sunday broke clear and sunny - with great vistas toward the Cascades. We found some great little old roads with the highpoint being the scramble up Corral Butte. Here's a few photos - hopefully others on the trip will post some this week as well. Thanks again @Ed Amdahl for spotting the loose coil when my truck did it's "thing":)

@Bryan L. Hoult - I had a great time, and glad we were able to find the problem quickly. I honestly would not have looked if you had not mentioned recently replacing the ignition coil recently. If there is one thing I learned working on electronics in the Navy, it was that any time something that was working stops working, you go find the person who last touched it and find out what they were doing. (also proven by my own attempts at electrical work on my truck, as @Aaron Kravik knows). Learning how to swap a throttle position indicator on a Land Rover was an added bonus!
