Escaped the world of humans for a short time this past Sunday (June 2nd) First a run up middle Fork out of North Bend, Wa.

Showing off my NWOL sticker there... I think I need a larger one...

ree

Tiny bit of a washout.

ree

After dealing with too much traffic, We headed up above the pass for a road less traveled...

ree

Road to this point was all 2wd and just a few narrow loose spots. Farther up, it got more loose and had lots of rock slides pushing the road to the very edge of a 300' drop...

ree

This edge looks ok, but if you toss a rock, it does not hit the ground for several hundred feet. (I-90 in the distance)

All in all, we had a good day, no broken parts.

Cool, thanks! Any good campsites along the route?
